The Mamba Brand, LLC, owner of the Mamba brand, is warning retailers, distributors, and consumers regarding alleged unauthorized and potentially counterfeit Mamba products being sold through channels associated with Cali Kulture and calikulture.com.
The company states a cease-and-desist letter was delivered more than three months ago demanding the removal of the allegedly unauthorized products, yet the products have continued appearing in commerce.
The Mamba Brand, LLC further states it has preserved server documentation, communications, buyer records, and product evidence related to the matter, including materials allegedly sent from Cali Kulture to buyers and distributors.
The company has filed and requested trademark and counterfeit enforcement actions, including notifications to customs authorities, law enforcement agencies, and civil counsel. Information regarding a Chinese company allegedly involved in manufacturing unauthorized packaging associated with the products has also been reported to government officials.
